Introduction:

 

 UGTM CWL Series Marine Centrifugal Ventilator can carry ordinary air, sea air containing salt vapor and corrosive air containing oil vapor.

 

         They are suitable ventilation of kitchen, lavatory bulkhead, the public place, and meeting room, etc. in the navy and merchant vessels, they can be used for all kinds respective place.

 

         CWL type ventilators can transmit gas mixtures or vapor of combustible and explosive and working safely in “dangerous place”, if the ventilators are matched with explosion-proof motors.

 

         CWL series ventilators can be matched with A02-H three phase marine small induction motors. They can use on place of 380V/220V or 440V, 50/60Hz.

        CWL series marine centrifugal ventilators are the construction with direct coupling for the motor. It can be constructed into a horizontal type or a vertical type. The impeller, the casing and the inlet are made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel; the impeller is made of riveted. Both the casing and the inlet are made of welded.

 

Model explanation: C - W - L - 100 - D

Where,

        C means marine

       W means small-sized

        L means centrifugal ventilator

       100 means impeller diameter is 100mm

        D means low speed
